Addy lives in the city of Squamish but travels all around the Sea to Sky corridor to see clients for home visits. She specializes in orthopaedic injury rehabilitation and offers a variety of therapeutic modalities, including injury assessment, land-based exercise therapy, hydrotherapy, ergonomic assessments, return to work support services, PDA's, FCE's, and TeleHealth.

Addy is passionate about trail running, rock climbing, strength training, baking cookies, and walking her dog, Abuela.

Meet our most dedicated staff member, Abuela. She loves trail running and treats. She is a bit shy at first but once she gets to know ​you she provides excellent support during exercises. Her skills include dropping a massage ball at patients' feet for them to throw as well as well as participating in downward facing dogs. She accepts payment in belly rubs.
